Appalachian Community Capital

As the dedicated Communications Officer for Appalachian Community Capital (ACC), TGA manages strategic communications that amplify ACC's impact through significant initiatives funded by prominent grants. These include the Ford Foundation Grant, which expands capital access to underserved communities, the Mastercard Impact Fund for enhancing financial and digital inclusion, and the EPA's initiative to establish the Green Bank for Rural America. Additionally, our efforts support the ARC POWER Initiative and Opportunity Appalachia, both crucial in revitalizing and attracting investments in economically impacted zones, with a focus on environmental sustainability and economic diversification.

Women of Color in Community Development

Spearheads a dynamic range of services including the oversight of social media content, the crafting of engaging newsletters, the production of insightful annual reports, and the marketing of signature annual events. Additionally, we provide comprehensive graphic design services, all tailored to amplify WCCD's mission of empowering and advancing women of color in the community development sector. Through strategic communications, we help highlight their initiatives and achievements, fostering a broader impact and enhancing visibility within the community.

Real Estate Executive Council

TGA managed the Real Estate Executive Council's Real Estate Exchange (REEX) programs, introducing high school students of color to commercial real estate careers. Our services included program and relationship management and cultivating strategic partnerships. The REEX JumpStart Scholars in Commercial Real Estate, a 2-week residential initiative, offered students immersive learning experiences, university partnerships, and access to industry leaders, preparing them to build generational wealth and pursue high-earning potentials in commercial real estate.
