Osa Bartholomew

Osayamen Asemota-Bartholomew began The Gift Agency LLC (TGA) with a simple goal: to help clients communicate better. What started as a small consultancy has become a trusted partner for organizations across various industries. With over 15 years of experience, Osayamen has consistently aligned her leadership in marketing, operations, and program management with the strategic goals of her clients.

Before founding TGA, Osayamen played a pivotal role in shaping strategic marketing efforts at the Real Estate Executive Council (REEC), Project REAP, the New York City Bar Association, Roc-A-Fella Records/Def Jam, and has led partnerships with The Urban Land Institute, JPMorganChase, JLL, PREA Foundation, and Open Access. Her work in media, entertainment, and non-profits has been instrumental in managing global campaigns, creating lasting initiatives, and making a significant difference in the community. Her contributions have earned her recognition as a 2018 Rising Star and Leading Lady in Real Estate by Real Estate Weekly, a 2019 Top Woman in CRE by the Real Estate Marketing Awards, and a 2021 honoree of Crain's Magazine Notable Black Leaders and Executives. She serves on the Your Queens, Inc board of directors, Community Captain- Communications Chair, District 27 New York, District 27 Council District's Jamaica Areawide Rezoning (JAR) Steering Committee, and previously served on the Diversity & Inclusion advisory boards for Bisnow Media and Commercial Observer.

Maxwell-certified life Coach, Osayamen founded Coaching by Osa, offering workshops that jumpstart achieving goals through five key life pillars: Self, Health, Relationships, Money & Purpose. Through her signature program, The 5 Commitments to a Better You™, she empowers women leaders and mothers to thrive in their careers and family lives, inspiring personal and professional growth, and motivating audiences to reach their highest potential.

A Brooklyn native with Nigerian and Dominican roots, Osayamen's diverse journey influences her professional path. She has served as a speaker and moderator at engagements nationwide, sharing her knowledge and shaping conversations around leadership, diversity, and growth. Osayamen holds degrees from Lincoln and Temple Universities and a Master’s in Communications and Marketing Management from NYIT.
